As it was my first experience in life for a job, I started well before time so that I may not be late. I reached there well in time. There was a big hall there and about 35 candidates were waiting for their chance.

Very friendly phone call to inform me of my interview date and time, when i got there i was greeted and asked to have a seat in the waiting area. the interview was scheduled for 9:30am but i was not seen until 10 but there were more people waiting to be interviewed after me so it felt very rushed

What was a difficult suggestion you made to your manager and how did you approach them?
It was super easy, and they asked very straight forward questions, and made me feel super comfortable. They asked me a few questions, they mostly wanted to know how personable I am.
Easy to track system, was well informed of the process and what to expect from the recruiter and hiring team. Clear and concise overall. I wish all processes with companies were this simple.
