1st round: recruiter phone screen (30 min) - went into a lot more depth than expected, be over prepared and prep with notes
2nd round: colleague virtual interview (30 min) - pretty straightforward and typical Qs about experience and excel skills
3rd round: meeting w Hiring Manager and his colleague (45 min) bounced off esch other and VERY old school...they even asked for your GPA. They held pride in their tradition and was suprised as the L&D heads of the company, they didn't know what PHR OR SHRM was since they don't have any formal HR or Training experience.
