Applied on Oct 27, 2024. Received interview on Oct 29, 2024. This was a quick call where they ask you about your previous experience and why you want to join jsonic. Followed by this was an aptitude test. Then an 1 hour interview was set up where they would talk about inventory management, how to do it in excel, your proficiency with excel, and explaining all your projects and previous work. Followed by this, they would send you a practical test which needs to be solved on the call.

Interview
I applied online and received a message through Indeed. The process began with a first interview with the direct manager, followed by an aptitude test. Next, there was a panel interview with four individuals: the Director of Sales, Inventory VP, and a senior team member. The final stage involved a technical task observed by multiple people, which felt uncomfortable and slightly awkward.
Overall, I found the interview steps to be quite challenging, especially for a small to medium-sized company. However, the people I interacted with, particularly the VP, were approachable and seemed genuinely nice. The company left a positive impression overall despite the rigorous process.
