Interview
Interviewed for 2 hours with 4 different people. Each person came in one by one, they did kind of did a good cop/bad cop type of scenario. Expect behavior questions, nothing too difficult.
Initial interview with APM followed by contact with Hr and then 5 interviews with PM's, Executive, and Principals. Each interview lasted approximately 30 minutes. Then waited for offer once interviews complete.

Interview
Interview process began with a tour of an active construction project led by the project manager and superintendent. I was also invited to have breakfast with the project team. After the tour, we went back to the main office where I was individually interviewed by both project managers and project executives.
