I applied on Linkedin and was contacted by the recruiter immediately. Had initial phone call with her and then another call with hiring manager who was interested in my resume a few days later. The calls went well with questions asked about past experiences and asked me if I was clearable. Followed up with him via LinkedIn messenger and thanked him for the call. He told me I would hear back for next steps. No response even after a second follow up. I don't mind if I was passed up on for another candidate or whatever reason. I think I deserve at least a courtesy email or reply my LinkedIn message for taking my time to apply and talk to two different people.
