I'm in the process of interviewing with Jabian right now. I've done 2 interviews (a 30-minute video screening with the director of talent acquisition and a 45-minute campus interview with a current consultant and a director from the local office). I have the final 60-minute role play interview scheduled for this coming week. Jabian has been very transparent about what to expect at each step of the process, who will be interviewing me, how to study up for the interview, and is even meeting with me before the final interview for 20 minutes to prep me for it. The culture at the company seems supportive and everyone seems very empathetic. I hope to get an offer with them.
