Interview
3 step process. You interview with the recruiter who asks you about your experience. If the recruiter thinka you’re a good fit, they will forward your application to the office’s hiring committee. Hiring committee interview is your usual interview—experience, they why’s and how’s, etc. Then, you’ll interview with attorneys that are not on the hiring committee.

I had an initial screening with one of their talent acquisition reps. It was a really nice chat but I did not move forward in the process given I had limited employment law practice experience

I was interviewed virtually by one person for only about 15 minutes, which, in my opinion, is pointless because it is not enough time to learn anything about anyone. There were several candidates before and after me.

They expect you to have extensive employment law experience, even straight out of law school.
