Received an email to schedule a quick chat. Replied stating available date but on the day itself there was no call and no email to reschedule the interview. Unprofessional at its best.

Quick, but lots of tough questions. I was asked about how sales works, how to handle certain customers and situations. Also i was asked about my passion for commissions and sales.

Interviewer was ill prepared and unprofessional. No behavioural questions asked. Extremely informal. He explained very little about his company or industry. The culture and pay structure explained was not detailed. I was looking for an equal opportunity employer.
