I applied online. I interviewed at James Woodman (Luxembourg) in Feb 2022
Interview
The ask you very personal questions that are not legal to ask. Like if you send money to your family, what are your PERSONAL future plans, etc. They also let you know that they don't respect the working hours, and the ambience there is very toxic. In the interview the lady let me know that the workers are not friends, we are competing, etc If you are a person with low values maybe that job will suit for you
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at James Woodman (Luxembourg) in Jan 2022
Interview
Entretien en deux étapes, le premier téléphonique et le second au sein de l’entreprise. Ils ont tous les deux été rapides et précis avec dans chacun des deux un test d’anglais.

Question 1
Quelles de vos qualités seront utiles pour votre manager ?
I interviewed at James Woodman (Luxembourg) in May 2021
Interview
It was a total of 3 interviews and 2 feedback sections. A lot of the questions weren’t ethical nor professional.
They wanted to dive deeper into my personal life aiming to understand if you are a good fit for the position. The problem is that they are completely biased and if you are a woman and have a child, this becomes the only topic of the discussion.
They do all interviews over the phone as they know the questions being asked are not legal and if you get the job you would need to ask the same questions.
Be careful if you would want to have this brand in your CV, it can jeopardize your image.
Very toxic approach. Old-school mentality. Horrible experience.
