Interview
1. Application & Screening
Submitting Application – Candidates apply online or through referrals.
Resume Screening – Recruiters review resumes to shortlist qualified candidates.

2. First Interview (Technical/Behavioral Screening)

For technical roles, a coding test or case study may be required.
3. In-Depth Interviews
Technical Interview – In-depth skills assessment, often with live coding, whiteboarding, or case studies.
Behavioral Interview – Based on STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Result) method.
Panel Interview – Meeting multiple interviewers from different teams.
Situational or Role-Specific Questions – Assessing problem-solving and domain expertise.
4. Final Interview & Decision-Making
May include executive leadership or a final culture-fit interview.
Sometimes includes salary negotiation.
Background checks and reference checks may be performed.
5. Offer & Onboarding
If selected, the candidate receives an offer letter.
Onboarding process begins with paperwork, training, and team introductions.

Smooth and professional process may be long but good concentrate on experience and quality and second inyerview is more important with HQ in ksa virtual by teams need ro more employees customer support than operation
