A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn and set me up to chat with a recruiter from the US. I had a phone call with the recruiter and was then moved into an interview with the manager of the recruitment team. I never heard back from anyone on the team after the interview. Which is completely fine as I was not actively looking for a new role. However, as a recruiter myself, candidate experience is very important and keeping people up to date and informed (even if it's to reject them) is the bare minimum a recruiting team can do.
