Interview
Sent in an application with CV and cover letter. Got through to the next round, a task you need to solve regarding a large excel sheet. After that, the third round was a phone interview. The guy was very nice and understanding of the pressure of phone interviews etc. The questions were, in my opinion, fairly difficult and complicated. Basically brain teasers which aren’t too difficult, however with the time pressure you quickly start to sweat. Then there’s more probability etc. You need to handle maths well.

Question 1
Probabilities (gambling, coin flips etc), and brain teasers with one being about four guys crossing a bridge, 2 at a time. A flashlight had to be brought back and forth so they could see. Everyone’s walking at different speeds, and you need to figure out the sequence they need to do it.
It was a very speedy process and you get relevant information about the role and questions prior to the interview. Offers occur on a rolling basis so I recommend applying early on in the recruitment round.

The first part is a take-home assessment on Excel which is pretty easy. The second is a Zoom call with an employee, we went through some probability and market estimation questions.

Give me the probability of the product of 2 die being a perfect square
Smooth process. Some simple quant style questions along with ones from other areas of the business (legal, etc.) A few phone rounds followed by around 5 in-person rounds on a single day. A pleasant experience overall.
