I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jeffreys Henry (London, England) in Sept 2022
Interview
I applied to ABG and JH offices online. Their recruitment is messy. Online Assessment includes reasoning and math. Video interview includes some behavioural, motivational and competency questions. When you have done these tests, you will not receive any feedback and will not know whether you have passed.

Interview
Conversational interview with two partners, quite relaxed. There were no technical tests and just revolved around the company, the work they do and why you might be a good fit.

Question 1
Why do you want to start a training contract here?
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Jeffreys Henry
Interview
Absolutely disgusted with the professionalism of this company. I applied for the position and received an email informing me that I had to complete a numerical and verbal test by the end of the week,
I completed these tests within 2 days and never received a response after chasing up multiple times. Never got told that unsuccessful candidates would not get a response either so I'm not sure what happened there. Very upset with the firm and the people here so could you at least train your staff to respond to emails or hire people who can do the job properly.
