The interview consisted of two stages:
Interview 1 – Standard Competency-Based Questions:
This stage focused on traditional competency questions using the STAR format. I was asked about past experiences working in teams, managing deadlines, handling difficult stakeholders, and solving problems under pressure. It felt structured and was mainly aimed at assessing my soft skills, communication, and how I align with the role and company values.
Interview 2 – Assessment, Presentation & Scenario-Based Questions:
The second stage was more in-depth. I was given a pre-interview task to complete in advance (an assessment), which I then presented during the interview. This part tested my strategic thinking, ability to communicate ideas clearly, and how I approach real-world scenarios. The panel also asked follow-up scenario-based questions to understand how I’d handle specific challenges on the job.
