Interview
Short phone screening then in-person interviews at their office. Front desk not the most friendly people, so be extra nice to them...I suspect they are part of the interview process. Be ready to answer "Why this company", "Describe how you've gone above and beyond to please a customer", understand their core values.
The people I met with were amazing and I would work with them in a heartbeat. They really know their stuff and have the right mindset and are genuinely friendly and caring. The run very lean, but in a good way.
You'll probably meet with 3 or 4 people for 30 minutes each. It's important you understand the company before going in. Know the role as described in the position and be extremely passionate about the company.

Great interview experience. The recruiter was really helpful and worked with me to get a time that worked for everyone for each round of the process.
There were 3 rounds each with a different leader in the organization. We discussed my experience and the expectations. We also talked about the challenges and opportunities.
