Interview
I honestly felt like I was already a inflight crew member for JetBlue. This is an AWESOME company! I applied to JetBlue 01/08/18, approximately 8 days later I received a email to complete the questionnaire portion of the interview. I was thrilled that I even got that opportunity. I completed the interview the following day. On 01/19/18, I received another email to complete the video interview. . OMG! at this point I just couldn’t even function because I was so happy & I felt like I honestly already had the job. They give you 120 hours to complete the video interview. I completed the video interview the night before it was due. I was so nervous I felt like I did horrible and I wasn’t going to make it to the next process. Guess what?? I received a email 01/27/2018 during my short trip to Italy. I immediately clicked the email & chose the first interview location & day which was in New York. I was so so excited to the amazing day. The Big Day 02/08/2018, I arrived to the location of the interview at 7:40a. PLEASE prepare for a long day because you will be there all day. It was GREAT! I enjoyed it! I met A LOT of individuals that were previously in my shoes before & that were in my shoes currently. You will have a GREAT time ! Good Luck ! VI: Honestly prepare because I was shocked. I didn’t study anything and just had to think of the top of my head. I have the questions but I will prefer not to broadcast it.
In-Person Interview: You will be asked 6 questions.
It's a video interview of a couple questions. You get multiple attempts to answer each question. If you are selected to advance on to the in person group interview where you must use your people skills to mingle & problem solve.
Amazing interview. Positive vibes. Hiring crew inspiring. Advice? Dress like you currently work for them all the way from hair to shoes. Be early. Do not take photos. Put your phones away unless they say you can bring them out.

Large group interview, I fell off the bus in a slim skirt going from LGA to JFK and was late. They welcomed me and the energy in the room position and empowering.
