I applied online. I interviewed at JetBlue (New York, NY) in Aug 2018
Interview
The process was in stages, but the video interview is very important. Its important to literally dress the part. So try to look as much as a flight attendant or professional as possible. Plus look directly into the webcam and SMILE constantly. Eye contact and a good attitude is key. And lastly, try to relax and just be genuine!

It's a video interview of a couple questions. You get multiple attempts to answer each question. If you are selected to advance on to the in person group interview where you must use your people skills to mingle & problem solve.
Amazing interview. Positive vibes. Hiring crew inspiring. Advice? Dress like you currently work for them all the way from hair to shoes. Be early. Do not take photos. Put your phones away unless they say you can bring them out.
