      Flight Attendant Interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at JetBlue (Orlando, FL) in Sept 2015

      Interview

I did the blue review on Sept 1st. When I got there I was a little intimidated, since i'd never done a large interview process before. There was about 150 other applicants there. (Dress professionally- No open toe shoes or super high heels. Hide your tattoos.) Everyone was really friendly. They first start off with getting finger prints until they are ready to start the day. This gives you a chance to get to know some of the people standing in line with you and helps get rid of some of the nerves. They break you up into three groups. (I was in group A). The blue review team introduced themselves then it was our turn. They will tell you what they want to know don't ignore the list of what they don't want to hear. Either have a fact about why you want to work for the company or a really good personal story. ( don't say you love to travel or free snacks.) After that we took a small break. Try to mingle with more people get to know as many people as you can because someone is always watching how you interact with your group. After the break they bring you back into the room for a group activity. (for once knowing how to build a card house was worth something.) Its not how good you build the house but how well your team works together and follows suggestions and instructions. After that it's another short break so they can set up for the power point on how working for them will actually work. Pay attention, if you get an offer it's all information you need to think about. After the presentation is Lunch. DONT EAT LUNCH ALONE. Everyone is too friendly make a friend. After lunch is when the real work begins. Interviews, Debriefs, PA reads and finger printing if you didn't get a chance to do it earlier in the day. There is a lot of standing in line and waiting for you turn take this time to smile and meet more people. The current flight attendants are willing to talk to you and answer questions. Be honest about yourself and keep a smile on. The air was broken in the lobby and everyone manged to smile we were even sharing hand fans. Over all I had a really great time. They said they would call or email in a week and a week later I received my call inviting me to be a member of the team. Good Luck to everyone and I hope you'll be happy working for JETBLUE.

All good . Great experience . Been with JetBlue for three years . I was nervous going into the interview but they had a way of making me feel comfortable enough to give off my best. It lasts the whole day so it can be draining.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at JetBlue (Orlando, FL) in Oct 2025

      Interview

I applied online October 1st, 2025 at about 10:30am EST and was sent the video interview and assessment with games on October 9. I was working a lot so I had to wait to do a bit of research and complete it. I submitted my VI on Oct 14 (one day before it expired) and received my TBNT inside my B6 profile on the 15th. I know I didn't look into the camera enough, smile enough. Also the assessment was afterwards and it was a series of pictures that were in sets of 2. You choose which one is closest to your personality. I know you're supposed to be yourself in these things and I started answering what I thought hey wanted instead, which is where I went wrong. I'm a very creative person with a degree in art, yet when it came to questions like that, I chose the opposite, thinking they didn't want this. Later, I realized they do want creativity. But I cannot stress enough how you need to be yourself in these things assessment. Answer from the heart about how you really are. No wonder I got the dreaded TBNT! I don't blame them. I wish I could redo it, but my interview skills are way out of practice having worked for the same airline for years now. After the assessment, there were 3 games where you had to repeat a series of letters/numbers. Sounds easy, but I promise you it was much harder than you'd think. And also choose the shapes that were the same in a group.
