A day of in person interview is actually you going to a 3rd or 4th grade school intro/fun day type event(standing in front of class and let the game begin). You introduce yourself, they ask to share three things about you(hint-at this point they're are seeing whom you are as a person and how you speak, body language etc..). Then you do a group activity(hint- at this point they're seeing how you work as a group and participate, communicate, and if you're a team player, how you handle stress etc..). Then, before you go to lunch they will say in general, we will be calling names out loud to let you know if you're going to stay on the next phase or ask you to leave(next phase is right after lunch if I recall right, its at noon). Once lunch is done, they will be two different rooms, one where the one on one kicks in and the waiting room. On the waiting room naturally you will be asking questions, you may have time to ask all or may not. REMEMBER to have some questions left for the one on one or just repeat question, because theres a debrief(i think that's what they call it) where they look at resume and ask if you have any questions. There's another, part where they ask you the "boring" traditional questions, its only 3..... (unlike they asked me 3 thousand questions, but thats good indication that they're into you). OH YEA! when you intro yourself and working in groups yadda yadda, they're in the back of session taking notes (hint- if they're literally taking notes, that means that they're writinf what they like). Another but not least, as soon as you enter the building, they're monitoring you not by camera but just asking questions to other staff that were around while you guys were there, a rule of thumb talk to others be friendly(i asked 3 same questions to 20 people, yea dont get stuck with one person) and dont use your phone not even during lunch, use it out of sight i.e restroom. (Sorry for any errors i was typing fast with little time didn't have time to revise).
Hope this help, good luck and remember we only like a great personality we dont care for skills or experiences.
