1) Recruiter Screen. The guy was hard to get ahold of, he kept pushing back the date. The first appointment he didn't even show up and had to make it up. 2) I had a choice for either React or Node. I picked their React assessment. The assessment consisted of a mobile responsive mock-up with some images, video, and some mock data. Afterward, the recruiter said he'll pass it around for feedback and back to me. After numerous follow-ups, I had no response. I was completely ghosted. On the phone, the recruiter sounds positive and upbeat but in reality, he doesn't follow through with his words.
