Interview
It was straightforward. Zoom meeting for initial screening, in-person interview for the final round. Prepare to talk about your career goal, why you want to work in immigration, and your past employment. The manager is very kind and does not ask hardball questions.

Interview
Extremely negative experience. The interviewer did not call at the scheduled time. After the interview was rescheduled, he was late again and did not even give any apology. Throughout the interview, he appeared to be extremely indifferent, and the interview itself was disorganized and poorly structured. Please be respectful of candidates’ time if there is no genuine interest.
