It took over two month from application submission to get response from HR personnel. I had two stage phone interview, with HR and Hiring Manager. About a week later, I was informed via email that I was still under consideration and further arrangement will follow. Later received automatic notice that they have selected somebody else.

Interview was mainly about how you prepare yourself based on what company is know for not the job specifically or your background. You should have shown that you know the company well they didn’t care about how much you can bring to the team but how much you can follow what they tell you . Just show that you can be a good robot.
