      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson

I submitted my application in Oct '15, had my first interview in late Nov '16 and second interview in Mar '16. The whole process does take a long time. Part 1: Phone interview - Resume walk, basic behavioral questions, cultural fit Part 2: Online Assessment Center - To determine the fit with J&J culture and credo Part 3: In-person interview - To determine relevant work experience

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Questions for Part 3: 1. What strategic procurement decisions have you made? 2. How would you keep the key stakeholders engaged?

      Anonymous interview candidate
      New Brunswick, NJ
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (New Brunswick, NJ) in Nov 2015

      Interview

It was a full day event with many candidates from other universities. Each individual would have 2 director panels (2 on 1) and 3 rounds with previous PLDPs (2 on 2). Most of them are behavioral questions. The overall experience was pleasant. No tough questions. More about finding the right fit.
