It was online and recorded, 3 questions with 3 minutes each to answer. You also get 1 minute of prep time for each. It wasn't bad but I wish it was with a real person. I also was given a 4 day window to complete the interview, and they send emails to remind you if it's getting close to the 4 day window closing.
