I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson in Mar 2012
Interview
recruiter called and set up a phone screen with hiring manager..later had a second round with a director, then invited for onsite interviews ..it was ok , but was not made an offer.
The process is very smooth. HR call to screen basic questions like availability etc. - HM + Panel interviews, focus on resume and projects/skill level. Everyone is really friendly and seems generally interested in my background. Great experience.

Question 1
question about my resume and the skills listed in JD
I was asked to record a video interview. Not given questions before hand. Whatever software they use took some time to load. You can redo your video twice if you mess up.

Question 1
Why do you want this role? Describe how your experience relates to this role?
Have applied for several jobs with J&J. Always comes back as a no. They only hire people who have had prior medical experience. You could have 20 yrs in other highly valued industries and still not get hired with them or even given a chance for an interview. Don’t waste your time
