I had several interviews over a couple of years, since I had targeted this company and had a couple of sponsors who kept my name in front of hiring managers. When I had my final interviews, (a total of four), I felt comfortable with the team and was told that they were comfortable with me and were interested in hiring me, even before the offer was finalized.

The most difficult question was understanding the actual scope of the job title, especially as an external hire. I strongly recommend asking what a typicaly day is like and what the current hot projects are so that you have a feel for what the title really means.
