Initially I was interviewed by a recruiter, then the hiring manager and lastly a 1 hour Zoom interview with a panel of 4 people. They were all very personable and professional. All of the questions were situational. I was very satisfied with the process

Describe how you handle a miscommunication situation with a customer
Questions are situationally focused and expect you to use the STAR method for responding. They asked questions that were focused around their various leadership value and principles such as collaboration, integrity, business decision make, etc.

Tell me about a time that you took a risk and it paid off.
The interview process was very thorough and included both group and one on one discussions. The interviewers were very personable and easy to chat with. Topics included relevant work history. experience, goals, and approach to role interviewing for.
You receive the date of the interview with some additional information about the company.
The interview process depends on the level of work or the department (can be one or two rounds, very rarely three).
You usually need to wait longer time for the interview outcome.
