Interview
Two individual single person interviews, and one panel interview. One interview required a case review, that was not very long. Two of the three interviews were via Zoom. Everyone was very friendly and personable.

1st round interview entirely behavioral. they want to know how you react to certain situations and challenges, work with teams, and leadership style. Be ready to talk about your professional experience and site specific behaviors you use to accomplish results.
