I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson
Interview
1st round phone interview with the manager of the group; 2nd round with two other scientists that work in similar field
Mostly discussed resumes, previous experiences, and extracurricular activities, and how they relate to the internship role. Very comfortable and organized process overall.
First, you send in videos of yourself answering three questions, then you get to go to the next round of interviewing. What that round entails and how many rounds are after, I will never know.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (New Brunswick, NJ) in Feb 2022
Interview
First they ask you to take a personality quiz and then they proceed with a digital interview. The digital interview consisted of three very basic questions they were pretty general to get a grasp of your experience and passion for the company.

Question 1
Why are you interested in this position
Describe your relevant professional experience
What are your strengths for this position
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (New York, NY) in Jan 2022
Interview
It was online and you got to record and rewatch a total of 3 times. I think I do better face to face with an actual interviewer, because I just could not get what I wanted to say out there.
The questions were difficult because I did not have much experience other than at school. Therefore because they asked for experience + something I did at school (mind you I was only midway second semester that time), I did not have much to say and had to repeat myself. I would have liked just a question about experience and school combined.

Question 1
Any experience at school I had that correlates to the job position.
