Review the STAR method. They will use it if you interview with them. The interviewers were very nice and helped make you feel comfortable. There were no technical questions. They really want to see if you are a fit for their company and assess you leadership skills.

I met with the recruiting team on campus, and applied on their booth. Then I got the interview in the afternoon on the same day. There were two interviewers. Both were extremely friendly and nice.

Interview located on campus after career fair. I had the opportunity to elaborate and describe the experiences listed on my resume and I answered various behavioral questions. They were very friendly and eliminated any stress from the interview process.

I had a on phone interview at first. And then after, I had an in person phone interview. The overall process was not difficult. The recruiters made sure to follow up and be timely on their notifications and updates.
