Cover letter and a CV is uploaded and then an initial call is made. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview in Leiden. The application procedure took around one week and I got a call after the interview within the same day.

The interview is 3 pre-recorded questions. You can re-record yourself up to two times before submitting. This helps to make it a less stressful process. You can also rewatch the interview you have just recorded.
