I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (Jacksonville, FL) in Nov 2024
Interview
Took a bit of time from application to hear back for an interview. But once contacted, things moved quickly. 1 60min panel interview with 4 leaders. Typical interview questions on collaboration, working cross-functionally, and how you deal with ambiguity. Took a few days to hear back, things moved rather quickly.
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Johnson & Johnson (New Brunswick, NJ) in Feb 2022
Interview
Process is thorough with peer, panel and subject matter experts all taking time to talk to you, listen to your answers and ask follow-up questions. The process is as much for you as it is them to ensure you feel comfortable with the company, the role and the people you'll be working with.
