I applied online. I interviewed at Joola (Hyderābād) in May 2026
Interview
I had a disappointing interview experience with Joola. The company conducted three interview rounds, and each round lasted around 1 hour 20 minutes. I invested significant time and effort throughout the process and completed all the rounds sincerely.
However, after the final round, there was no update, feedback, rejection, or closure from their side. I followed the process patiently, but being completely ghosted after multiple lengthy interviews felt very unprofessional.
Candidates also invest their time, preparation, and energy in the hiring process. Even a simple update or rejection email would have been appreciated. Companies should respect candidates’ time and maintain basic communication after such an extensive interview process.
Overall, the interview process lacked proper candidate communication and closure.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview questions were mainly around leadership, solution architecture, integration design, optimization, team management, and technical expertise.
They asked about how I handle integration architecture at a higher level, how I optimize integrations for performance and scalability, how I manage teams and stakeholders, and how I approach complex technical challenges. There were also specific technical questions related to NetSuite integrations, APIs, data flows, error handling, and system design.
Overall, the questions were a mix of leadership, architecture-level decision-making, integration optimization, team management, and hands-on technical scenarios.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Joola
Interview
Very easy and simple. They are a fairly new company that is always hiring based on the business need. I would recommend working there but I declined. Definitely give them a chance.
