There were a lot of steps in the process, compared to other start ups: 1. phone interview 2. zoom interview 3. home assignment 4. another zoom interview, presenting the home assignment, and doing another assignment in real time (15 minutes for the task and then presenting it) 5. final interview in the office The people I met during the process were really nice and Joonko's mission is great. They updated me immediately the day after each step, so that was also great. The only problem was the length of the process: it is a small start up and you meet the same people in every interview, so it wasn't clear to me why it should be as long as a bigger company's process.
