Easy process. Very chill and good environment. Overall the job is a very fun and relaxed environment with a little bit of controlled chaos. Would recommend for anyone needing sales experience

Interview
We sat in the food court in the mall, and it was a pretty casual interview. I worked as a sales associate at their kids' store, so I already knew the DM pretty well. We went through the usual questions, and she made it pretty obvious that I would be getting the position.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Journeys (Lubbock, TX) in Oct 2023
Interview
honestly pretty easy. Open ended questions that require
1) situation
2) actions took
3) results
most people don't answer all three, but if you show potential and your open hours are good youre almost guaranteed a position.
