I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Journeys (Gastonia, NC)
Interview
I turned in a paper application. I would call twice a week and finally after two weeks I got an interview. The Interview went well, no hard questions just basic stuff. The manager told me she would call me about the hiring process the next week. I never got a call, so I called there and the manager told me I was hired.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
She handed me a pen and told me to sell it to her.
They just asked about previous leadership, jobs, and challenges that you've experienced in the past, just to get to know you as a person better, since they're looking for people who are willing to put themselves out there.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Journeys (Grapevine, TX)
Interview
Sat outside the store and the manager and I exchanged information about ourselves, our experience, and the job. Manager was friendly and it felt more like a conversation than an interview.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Journeys (Clarksville, TN) in Mar 2024
Interview
I filled out my application and opted out due to an arbitration question. Surprisingly, I was still called in for an interview. The hiring managers seemed nice and dedicated to the company. The interview lasted around 30 minutes, so not enough time to get a feel for the company. After reviewing a few reviews, I feel slightly reluctant about the job's value.
