The manager was extremely friendly. She basically just asked us all a bunch of questions, but it was really laid back. She asked us pretty basic interview questions: why we want to work at Journeys, our strengths and weaknesses, and how we'd sell a shoe to her. She asked for an example of a project we're really proud of.

Interview
It was quick and easy. Applied and got a call back 2 days later asking me why I wanted to work there and my availability. Then set up an in person interview which took around 10 minutes.
Quick 30 minute conversation. Pretty straightforward. As long as you seem like you can talk to people and are responsible you’ll be fine. Since it’s entry level they didn’t ask too much about past work experience.
