I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Juice Crafter's (Los Angeles, CA) in Apr 2021
Interview
Fast, quick, and straight to the point which should’ve given me some warning. The person that interviewed me was nice. Human Resources is very easy to talk too.
The in person interview was very short and they just needed my resume and asked me a couple questions.

Interview
The interview was super short and informal. Probably lasted 5 minutes in total. David emphasized that they give everyone a chance, even if they have no food experience, but you must know the menu within 2-3 weeks of starting. I was kind of given the impression they hire people and wait to see if they’ll fit and if they don’t they go their separate ways.

Interview
Wait a week or two (with regular follow-up) to get an interview. First round of interviews are with a gaggle of people lined up for different locations. Interviewer, David, showed up late and gave us each a low quality 5 minute interview. Then he lies to you that he likes your resume and will call next day, but you never hear from him again.
