Instead of a regular cover letter to accompany the resumé, they asked applicants to create a 60-second video convincing Just Eat to hire them. This was the first round and was a chance to showcase your personality and creativity. I passed that round and did a phone interview for the second round. It was fairly easy -- again, they mainly wanted to get an idea of who you were and whether your personality fit the role. The last stage was the in-person or skype interview. I went to the Toronto office in person to do the interview there. The whole process was very easy and all employees were easygoing and welcoming. It felt more like they were trying to get to know me rather than an intense interview.
