Not ideal - most of the people on the interview panel were not knowledgeable about the role. They also seemed intent on catching you out rather than honestly trying to get an answer.

After a CV screening and first stage phone call, the next stage was quite frustrating. There were three members on the interview panel - one of whom had started with the company that week. The answers they were expecting were ones that demonstrated out the box thinking even if it wouldn't be realistic in the actual workplace. Why interview someone and base your opinion of their ability to deliver the role on answers that are pure fantasy.
