Applied through online recruitment website, got a call to an interview within a week, then was invited to second interview a week after that. The interviews were informal and I was made to feel very welcome. The only problem was that the in house recruitment service. The wrong job title and salary had been advertised for the job in error. There were also issues with the time of the second interview, the wrong time was also sent in error.
