The process is a very standard process, an HR interview and then two technical interviews. The first interview with HR was very pleasant, the recruiter was very nice and gave me a lot of details about the workplace, the position and all the conditions of the position. The second interview was with the head of the team, she told me about the position I was interviewing for, asked to hear details about me and then asked me a DESIGN question about a project I was working on. The third interview was with the manager of the group, the interview was very strange and unpleasant. The interview was prearranged for two and a half hours, which is perfectly fine. The problem started when I connected to a TEAMS meeting and then the interviewer asked me to connect through a remote computer (RDP application in Windows) and when we couldn't find this application on my computer we started looking for how to install it and how to be able to connect to the IP address that the interviewer gave me. I wasted 45-50 minutes and energy of the interview. Unfortunately the interviewer didn't really take this into account, although the interview lasted a little longer (something like 15 minutes longer and not 45 minutes) but the interview was terrible because starting an interview like that is unpleasant. It would have been good if they had told me in advance to prepare with RDP installed on the computer!
