Got suddenly ghosted by the company, after the second interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter asked me how the interview went and shared that I would receive an update by the end of that week. I sent two recruiters that I was in contact with a follow up email to no avail. Really poor communication Everything up to that point was stellar but there is no reason to ghost anyone, especially after two interview rounds.
