Initially received email from HR to set up a phone interview. Phone interview consisted of basic interview questions, just getting to know me. Moved on from phone interview stage into setting up an on-site interview that would supposedly take about an hour and a half to 2 hours. On-site interview was with potential supervisor and another employee I would potentially be working with. Lasted about 30-45 minutes, then took a skills test for editing skills and also describing a process. Proceeded with a tour of the office from the HR Generalist and introductions to other workers.

I applied online and submitted my resume. The following day I got a call requesting a phone interview. After the phone interview I had an onsite interview that included a tour of the facilities and I met all of the current employees. The interview was completely behavior based--there were no case questions.
