The interview went very well. It was an engaging and insightful conversation where I could clearly present my experience and ideas. The panel was appreciative of my background and asked thoughtful questions. Overall, it was a positive and encouraging interaction that left me confident about the next steps.

Kals distillers - this is a liquor company
I was shortlisted for IT Project manager role here, the entire process I underwent was very bad and horrifying experience. For no worth they had 3 rounds of interview each 1 hour (total 3 hours!!!!!!) which carried no value addition. Most of the time they were struggling what to ask!!!
To highlight the owner put across couple of unprofessional remarks on me (since this is liquor company no surprise it happened here!!!) he commented why your salary is less (though my CTC was 28 LPA) he added you should draw 80LPA by now!!!! strange &*!@@
next sensitive remark was on my experience and age he commented you will work 1 year and be lazy then!!! what dare rights he got to say this???? without knowing a person. (i have never come across such a filthy comment that too on a candidate)
It is good and fortunate i have never been part of these type of unprofessional companies, any how at the end of the day it is a liquor company what values and policies one can expect there!!!
how many million family's are affected every year on liquor!!!! PL avoid these type of companies.
