The interview process was simple and straightforward. After submitting my application and resume, I was contacted within a few days for a short phone interview. During the call, they asked me a few basic questions about my teaching experience, the subjects I’m comfortable with, and how I manage a classroom. It lasted around 10 minutes and felt very relaxed. A few days later, I was invited to give a short demo lesson online. I prepared a 10-minute lesson on a topic I enjoy, and the panel was very friendly and supportive. After the demo, I had a final interview where I was asked about my teaching style.
