KEMPER interview questions

It was 3 step interview. Pretty general interview type. Initial phone interview, second interview is teams and final is a phone call if position is offered. Third call is where they go into detail about pay, benefits, and position training.

I would say the process was quite straight forward. A phone interview with recruiter. Then a couple meetings with hiring manager and colleague. I found everyone to be very professional.
