Young and friendly but not professional interviewer. Quick and easy offer. Ask random questions unrelated to role. Somewhat confusing. No difficult or complicated technical questions. Neither good nor bad. Got the offer but rejected.
3 rounds interviews, including project experience and behavior assessments, and test the motivation of applying for the position , hr screening, hiring managers, dept head. A lots of questions and not too difficult
There firstly was a self-introduction (English) and secondly a Q&A(Mandarin). The interviewer was very friendly, offering to introduce their firm in the first place, and the interview was smooth. Not much privacy information was asked.
