Question 1
What is your salary expectation? andDo you have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, CIS, or related field and Minimum three (3) years’ experience in software development or a related field?
In lieu of the degree requirement, do you have a minimum six (6) years of experience in software development or a related field?
The process starting with a phone interview followed by 2 interdisciplinary panel interviews scheduled at later dates. The process took several months. KP is a large organizational with a lot of bureaucracy and the interview process reflects that.

Interview
I spoke to a hiring manager on the phone, a recruiter, and had two rounds of interviews. I never heard back from the company. Interviews were standard questions, although the same questions asked in both rounds.
