I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Kaiser Permanente in Mar 2014
Interview
I was reached out by an employee via email asking if I am interested in their works. I replied and schedule a day for a phone interview. There were two phone interviews before the on-site interview with different groups. Everyone was professional and super nice and friendly.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They introduced their work and I was asked about my research backgrounds and skill sets.
The process consists of: 1 information interview, behavioral interview, 1 written case
The overall process was good but it took over 2 months to hear the results back. Interviewers were nice and the whole process went smoothly but very slow in terms of results.
